Laura explains “As a company we have always supplied to trade, and that’s a large part of what we do. However, we have a growing number of customers who are delighted when they find that we can supply so much for their projects, from the initial building materials and insulation, right through to the paint, doors, flooring, bathrooms etc. Then there’s the DIYers who need odd bits for projects plus a bit of advice about what they’ll need and everyone in between! We don’t sell online, and whilst obviously you can purchase so many things on the internet, often when it comes down to bathrooms, decorating, flooring and more, our showroom comes into its own as people really do appreciate being able to see, touch and feel the quality of what they’re looking to buy. In that respect, it shows that people really do value the personal customer service that we can offer”
