Since opening in November 2013, Bathrooms by Jane Morgan have supplied many happy customers, from Ilkley to Windermere, with their dream bathrooms. Owner Alison Wheildon provides a friendly, hands-on, personal customer experience, guiding each client through the whole process. With experience from all corners under her belt, Alison has a background in public relations and human resources, alongside a deep understanding of the bathrooms business, thanks to work within her family’s plumbing and heating company, Wheildon’s.

Alison will be there on the very first complimentary site visit, along with one of her trusted plumbers – either their in house plumber, Jamie Parker or Gary Rayner of GGR Plumbing & Heating. “Having two heads in the game helps to get a full picture of the client’s wishes” explains Alison “and having one male and one female brain is a big plus too. The plumber is all about the technical side and I’ll be thinking about the aesthetics and listening to what the client needs and wants from the space available”. Back in the office, Alison draws the designs and creates 3D renderings, enabling customers to see their design come to life and add, swap and change as they see fit. “Every job is different and it’s important to personalise each design to fit the client’s aspirations and budget”. 

 

Having been open for six years now, business is booming with both new clients and repeat customers. This means Alison is often out on site and most showroom visits are by appointment only, adding to the one on one service offered. However, the prominent site of the showroom in Settle’s Town Hall leads to lots of window shopping from locals and tourists alike. The open and airy showroom showcases bathrooms to suit all budgets, in a stylish and welcoming setting with renowned brands including Kohler, St James, Grohe, Tissino, Vitra, Roper Rhodes, Laura Ashley  and Kudos. Being a small, boutique showroom enables Alison and the team to change the layout and products on display at least twice a year, keeping up to date with the latest trends and styles.
